For those who choose to hunt deer, there are thousands of acres of nothing but woods so you can rest assured there is plenty of game for your special hunt. Our deer hunts are in the foothills of the Western Maine mountains , an area I have hunted all my life. The deer in this region are very plentiful and healthy. An average buck weighs between 170 and 200 pounds. With a very diverse terrain of hardwood ridges, cedar swamps and cut-over wood lots, the deer have plenty of good food to grow some exceptional racks.
We offer stand or blind hunts, walk and stalk natural food plots or float hunts on one of the many water ways in the area. An early bow season is also available.
