Orin We had a great time hunting bobcats. It was alot of fun, even in the snow!!! Despite some not so good luck in the beginning of the week it turned out to be a great week with four cats being chased around.I want to thank you for all the hard work you put in to make this hunt great. Can't wait to get my bobcat mount on the wall. Rabbit hunting was fun (just alittle different then our rabbits). The lodge is a great place and the food was excellent. We will be back for bear and more cats in the near future! Thanks again A.J. Willey

Hi Orin I hunted hares with you last march 07. Me and my friend had a great time. I counted 22 empty .410 hulls at the end of two and a half days of hunting. That was just me. Tim was using that 20ga howitzer and I don't know how many times he fired. We got 6 hares (5 for me and 1 for dead eye). I love hunting on snow shoes. The 5 feet of snow above the black river area made it a challenge. The lodge was great, cozy atmosphear and WARM floors. TV and VCR was nice also. See you again this winter.

MATHEWS "catch us if you can" bowtech lol Brian (aka wall of shame) that bear was so lucky you were shooting a bowtech....... After walking around the harrisburg sports show for two days trying to choose a outfitter for a fall (archery) bear hunt over bait, my cousin and I made the right choice in BOUNTY HUNTER GUIED SERVICE. The accomodations and food were more than expected. From the time my truck pulled into the driveway I felt like I was at home. The passion you have for hunting shows in your determination and hard work. See you in 2010 2nd week of baiting season. Wolfy you better be there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well where do I start, another great fishing trip, cleaned over 150 fish and return that many to the waters. The crappie were like bass and we bagged many 15/16 inches fish. The guys back home were rolling from the pictures of me holding stringers full of massive size crappie. The joke is, Dan's going on a once and a life time fishing trip.....again.. Thanks for guiding me again Orin, I can always count on you to make my vacation dollars count. Hope to do another ice season with you soon. Dan Copeland Leclaire(on the Mississippi} Iowa

Holy smokin' guns! Where does a person start when it comes to Orin and Chrissy Young? Great BUSINESS! I've been all over, hunting. Orin, is really top notch. He's in tune with the wilderness that surrounds him. No sign of animal life goes un- noticed, no track goes without being identified. What a pleasure to hunt/trap with. My quest for a Maine, spring gobbler began when I took my dear friend Robert to Maine, for a hunt with Orin, in pursuit of snowshoe hare. Robert's heart was on fire for a snowshoe hare for such a long time. (10 years!) lol...Seriously. I knew hunting with Orin that, you can go to Maine hareless...but, you won't leave hareless! That's the MAINE, thing! We ended up with our bunnies! Robert was grinning ear to ear, the whole way back to Pennsylvania. I must have heard about every hare, he shot a hundred times. What a great feeling, to do something so special for someone. While Robert and I were there, it was turkeys here, turkeys there...turkeys EVERYWHERE! I love my turkey hunting, so the natural thing to do was to book a turkey hunt, before coming home from our hare hunt. On the second morning of my turkey hunt, I took a nice tom. Exciting? 100% YES! After the first morning was a bust, due to extreme heavy fog the plan was to go back out in the evening and listen for gobblers at roosting time. Oh, we found a gobbler! Orin, gave him a few calls and didn't he come all the way in, fly up in a tree and was looking around for us. What in the world??? He should have been in bed, by that time. Well, he flew back to where we originally heard him gobble, the first time. The shifter was in gear, for that spot come early the next morning. Orin and I were setting up, trying to beat daylight. That gobbler was gobbling his head off, just like the evening before. We heard birds all around us, but there was only one that I was after. Once settled in, I made a few hen calls and he answered back, eagerly. This went on a few times. OY, decided to really send him over the edge and also gobbled to my hen calling with a FoxPro Game caller. It was then, I really knew my shotgun shells were getting hot. That gobbler, was the hottest gobbler, I've ever heard in the spring...anywhere I've ever hunted. It felt like forever for him to show up. The second I seen him through the thick pines, I realized why. He was strutting the entire time. He was mesmerized by the decoys and refused to stop showing off. Finally, the decision was made to just take him. With a gentle squeeze on my Remington's trigger, that gobbler's love affair with the decoys was over. Don't ya just love turkey season? If you're looking for one of the best turkey hunts of your life, look no further than a trip to Maine. Bounty Hunter Guide Service, is highly recommended by me. Orin & Chrissy run a fine establishment. They work well together, they will work hard to make sure you get your game, that your stay is comfortable and welcomed. Thank you, Chrissy and Orin. Hope to see you both again, soon!

He had 3 beagles working,he was also in stomping the brush. Dobber saw a rabbitt with 12 inch ears, Boon and Crockett material. Try a hunt with Orin, we'll be back. Regards, Gary

This was probably one of my best trips, ever. I had a blast trying to trap a black bear and I will never really be able to tell the story of my close call, as it really felt. Perhaps, in simple terms, it was an ultimate rush. I did manage to pepper a grouse/partridge on my trip. One of mountable condition and in a silver color phase. You got a great family business there. Best of success to everyone, the rest of hunting and trapping season.

Fished three days with hardly a flag, we hooked up with Orin and his brother Jared and saw more action thru the ice then I have all winter. Lake trout perch and even a little 41 1/2in 21.lb10oz Northarn that took 30 minutes to land. Two of the best day I have had this winter, only wish I would of spent the first three days catching too. They say 95% of the fish are in 5% of the water..Orin thanks for putting us on that 5% and for doing the home work that made our trip a success. Cope

Orin, I would like to thank you, Tim and your wife for such a pleasurable experience. You are one the hardest working guides that I've seen, treating each person equally inportant and findng the game at hunt. My bear hunt success is because of all your diligent work. I would like to give your wife credit, she always made sure the quarters where in order and a abundance of food was avalible. The setting was exceptional with trophies throughout the lodge. It was a memory that will not be forgotten. Thanks agian for the record bear and I will see you next year. Wayne

Orin, Hope you don't mind a second entry for the second trip. Did not think 01' could be topped but our trip in Sept. 04 did just that. Two fantastic bears..... Thats possible because my 9 year old son was able to make the trip. My wife Kim and daughter Hanna gave the ok that year because we wanted to trap our bears and there was a chance that might be the last year to do so. Again what a thrill! Nothing but a great time. And great success !! My brother Gary was able to make the trip with us not to try to harvest a bear but to enjoy your state and our success. Great service and Great Friends once again.
